    Fadua David es Licenciada en Relaciones Internacionales, egresada de la Universidad Anáhuac del Sur, con su tesis “Operativos militares en la frontera norte de México (operación Guardián)”.

    Fue funcionaria en la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores, Dirección Protección a Migrantes. Asesora en la Cámara de Senadores y actualmente en la Cámara de Diputados.

    Consejera Política Nacional del PRI, Secretaria de Asuntos Internacionales de las Mujeres Jóvenes del ONMPRI y Candidata Suplente a Diputada Federal.

    Pregunta.- Está en la juventud el futuro del país? O es meramente un cliché.

    Fadua.- La idea de que ser joven es meramente una etapa cronológica de todo ser humano, es incompleta. Mi perspectiva va más allá. Considero que la juventud es una alternativa de responsabilidad social, y en ese contexto los jóvenes no somos el futuro del país sino el presente.

    Pregunta.- Cómo ayudaría realmente el FJR del PRI, ahora que son oposición federal, a un sector de millones de jóvenes que carecen de oportunidades de trabajo, de estudios, de acceso a becas y otros satisfactores para posibilitar su desarrollo?

    Fadua.- El FJR es un instrumento político que debe reorientarse para asumir las demandas sociales de los jóvenes desde una visión de Estado y no quedarse sólo en la capacitación del proselitismo partidista. Y para concretarla la estrategia de acción debería ejecutarse desde el quehacer legislativo. Cómo por ejemplo concretar la autonomía del Instituto Mexicano de la Juventud y hacer ley un recurso economico para el Servicio Social de los estudiantes mexicanos.

    Pregunta.- Hablas de que tu partido, el PRI, utiliza a los jóvenes como consumidores electorales, y quizás no sólo sea el PRI, ¿Cómo lograr evitar eso?

    Fadua.- Quienes militamos en un partido tenemos claro que la militancia, tienen obligaciones y derechos. Nuestras obligaciones comprenden el proselitismo en sus distintas acciones para beneficiar la actividad partidaria. Pero, el derecho a aspirar espacios debe ser aliento de renovación sin beneficios de grupo o facciones que sólo así podremos corregir el abuso infame de considerarnos a los jóvenes como meros consumidores electorales.

    Pregunta.- Cuál es tu propuesta para que la juventud regrese al PRI o vuelva la cabeza hacia tu partido?

    Fadua.- No pretendo ser artífice de un cambio revolucionario, pero mi propuesta esta encaminada a un replanteamiento de usos y costumbres desde la identidad de los jóvenes.

    Los tiempos han cambiado y los jóvenes tenemos otro tipo de sociedad en la que los estilos añejos de hacer política, están desfasados. Y aún más, somos una fuerza electoral que decide.

    Por eso, el PRI debe considerar a los jóvenes como vanguardia de oportunidades y una fuerza para permanecer en la vigencia de alternativas ciudadanas.

    Sólo así los jóvenes le creerán al PRI. Cuando ellos sean parte de la estructura y de las decisiones. Es decir, cuando el PRI tenga liderazgos frescos, será una opción de gobierno.

    Pregunta.- Promueves también reformas constitucionales a favor de los jóvenes, pero buscarías para ello el apoyo incluso de los sectores juveniles de otros partidos ¿como evitar que se politice una iniciativa noble y se convierta en escalón para unos cuantos?

    Fadua.- Toda iniciativa se politiza, pero la idea es, que no se partidise.

    Por ejemplo, la autonomía del Instituto Mexicano de la Juventud y recursos economicos para el Serviico Social de los estudiantes que estoy planteando, necesitan de un consenso de todos los partidos o por lo menos de la mayoría de ellos para hacerla ley.

    Esta propuesta ya la estoy trabajando en platicas que vengo sosteniendo con los dirigentes juveniles de otros partidos, y que con beneplácito, coinciden y están de acuerdo para pedirles el apoyo a sus diputados federales. Los tiempos legislativos es una desventaja que nos esta demorando concretarla.

    Pregunta.- Que estrategias implementarías para evitar que el FJR, en los Estados se convierta en un club de élite?

    Fadua.- Suele suceder que en toda institución haya diferencias o matices de liderazgos. Algunos le dan estilos muy personales y otros institucionales. En mi caso mi formación esta del lado de las normas y reglamentos con imaginación para la eficacia política.

    Para contrarrestar las elites es necesario promover la cultura del esfuerzo que es meritocracia partidista y ciudadana.

    Pregunta.- Crees que haya imposición en el FJR de gente cercana a Beatriz Paredes?

    Fadua.- La actual dirigencia nacional del FJR es una incertidumbre partidista expuesto a una irregularidad de tiempos y formas. Y la imposición es un acto que los jóvenes demócratas no la permitiremos.

    Pregunta.- A propósito del CEN que opinas de la gestión de la dirigente nacional cuando algunos consideran (o consideramos) que está muy apagada.

    Fadua.- La presidencia de Beatriz Paredes, es una opción que los priístas decidimos a través de una elección. Y los liderazgo, como dije anteriormente son de estilos.

    Los liderazgos responsables no especulan en apariciones para los reflectores ni mucho menos en primeras planas del escándalo y la grilla.

    Y como referencia de que la política es de resultados, puedo decir que la dirigencia de Beatriz Paredes, ha logrado posicionar a mi partido como la primera fuerza electoral de México.

    Pregunta.- Que opinas de las estrategias educativas y de salud (combate a las drogas) implementadas por la Federación?

    Fadua.- Las drogas además de ser un asunto de salud, también es un problema social que afecta en su mayoría a los jóvenes mexicanos. Porque su connotación esta inmerso en la desintegración familiar, la inseguridad y la deserción escolar, que el gobierno no ha resuelto. La confianza del voto joven la están perdiendo.

    Mi propuesta sería que el presupuesto del gasto social se invierta más en políticas de prevención y difusión de las mismas, así como de programas de educación familiar.

    Pregunta.- Buscarías establecer acuerdos con dependencias como el CONACYT, la SEP, el INEA, etc para apoyar a los jóvenes del país?

    Fadua.- Estas instituciones educativas desarrollan programas de gobierno. Una alternativa de vínculo es celebrar convenios para beneficio de nuestros jóvenes militantes del FJR, como lo esta planteado en mi propuesta de trabajo. Aclaro que la justificación es en beneficio de los jóvenes ciudadanos. Porque los jóvenes tenemos doble militancia, la de militante de un partido e integrante de una sociedad

    Pregunta.- Que mensaje por separado le darías a los jóvenes hombres y a las jóvenes mujeres?

    Fadua.- Por principio y formación progresista no estoy de acuerdo con esas diferencias para ejercer la política.

    Soy de las convencidas que en la equidad de oportunidades debe prevalecer las capacidades y no el beneficio de género.

    Sí lamento que todavía hay algunos jóvenes misóginos, en mi partido, que se resisten a ser dirigidos por un liderazgo femenil que viene de la cultura del esfuerzo.

    Esa discriminación que se opone a mi condición de mujer en una organización donde la mayoría son hombres, no es bueno para renovarse en democracia.

    En ese sentido mi mensaje es y será apelar a la corresponsabilidad institucional y a la unidad generacional para el fortalecimiento de nuestra organización juvenil sin distingo.

    Pregunta.- Te gustaría dirigir al PRI nacional?

    Fadua.- Sí. Es un ejemplo que me anima, como mujer y política de grandes capacidades, mi presidenta Beatriz Paredes.
